Return & Refund Policy


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. For the return of items, you need to put a request from your dashboard.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and should have all the proofs showing it in damaged condition, in its original packaging. The package should be in its original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.

Our delivery partner will facilitate a pick-up service from the delivery location, free of cost.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please inform us as soon as possible.

The returned items will be examined by the quality check team upon receiving them. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No refund will be reimbursed in this case.

Refund
Upon cancellation of your order within 24 hours of order placing and prepaid payment method, you will receive your refund value within 7 business days.

On returning product after delivery, when our team will receive it, they will inspect the product and if everything is found satisfactory, then your refund will be processed. After complete inspection, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receiving the package if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that the item will not be accepted for an exchange if the number of days exceeds 7.

In case the item you purchased has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and a full refund will be offered on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
